some of the moves or exercise i completed included

I completed all the exercise and moves it was not very fun but that the sme time it was fun too.

I felt neveros before the fitness class because i had never done fitness classes before.

I felt happy during the fitness class because it was fun.

I felt amazing after the fitness class because i liked the fitness class.

I liked the class because i like fitness and i had so much fun too.

My Favorited tracks were warm up and abbes.

i didn’t like the class because i was a bit boring.

my least Favorite tracks were track to to track 9.

what am i hoping to achieve during next week’s session?

what I’m hoping to achieve is all of the week session is all of the work outs.
