Some of the moves or exercises I completed including….

are all of the exercises.

I felt excited before the exercise because it was something new that i was trying.

I felt happy during the exercise class because was fun.

I felt tired after class because it was tireing.

I liked the class because it was a bit fun.

My favourite track was abbs.

I did not like the class because it was tiring.

My least favourite track was warm up.
