we participated in 10 track fitness workout. Each track concentrated on improving a component of fitness. They were:

Track 1:warm up

Track 2: increasing heart race

Track 3: carden

Track 4: power

Track 5: muscarlstrength

Track 6: focused on running

Track 7: adjelate

Track 8: intervene training

Track 9: power

Track 10: abbs

some of the moves or exercises i complete include:

I completed all of them

I felt really tired before the fitness class because it was the first day of school.

I felt super tired during the fitness class because it was an exercise class and the second period of the day no one is ready to exercise then.

I felt happy after the fitness class because it was over .

I liked the class because we had low opinion

My Favorited track was abbes

I didn’t like the class because we had to exercise for two periods

My least favorite track was warm up
