We participated in 10 track fitness workouts.Each track concentrated on improving a component of fitness.They are
- Track 1 focused on: Warm up
- Track 2 focused on:Increasing heartbeat
- Track 3 focused on:carden
- Track 4 focused on:power
- Track 5 focused on: muscular strength
- Track 6 focused on: focused on running
- Track 7 focused on: adjelat
- Track 8 focused on: intervene training
- Track 9 focused on:power
- Track 10 focused on:abbs
some of the moves or exercises i completed included:
I completed all ten tracks
I felt tried before the fitness class because it was to early for me for exercises
I felt really tired during the fitness class because I wasn’t ready for exercises and i was sore as well and I just wanted to go to sleep right there and then that is how tired i was during that class.
I felt really happy after the fitness class because it was finally finished and over for the rest of the week and i also had three classes of sport and three classes of advisory that day.
I liked the class because I don’t know
I didn’t like the class because it was really tiring and really boring
My favourite Track was abbs because it was the last track
My least favourite track were the warm up
What are you hoping to achieve during next weeks session?
