We participated in a 10 track fitness workout. Each track concentrated on improving a component of fitness. They were

Track 1:warm up

Track 2 : increasing heart race

Track 3: carder

Track 4:power

Track 5: muscular strength

Track 6: running

Track 7: adjelate

Track 8: intervene training

Track 9: power

Track 10: abbes

some of the moves and exercises I completed included:

I completed all the and moves and exercises on Tuesday last week it was so much fun

I felt tired before the fitness class because I didn’t have much sleep the night before.

I felt really tried during the fitness class because I don’t like exercising

I felt sweaty after the fitness class because I worked out too much

I like the fitness class because I don’t know

My favourite Track was abbes because it was the last track

I didn’t like the fitness class because it was boring

My least favourite track was all of the tracks
