Weekly Fitness

Location: performing Arts

We participated in a 10 track fitness workout. Each track concentrated on improving a component of fitness. They were:

Track 1: warm up

Track 2: increasing heart race

Track 3: carder

Track 4:power

Track 5: muscular strength

Track 6:running

Track 7:agility

Track 8: interstellar training

Track 9:power

Track 10:abbs

some moves or exercise I completed including all of the fitness I did during the fitness class.

I felt tired before the fitness class because I couldn’t sleep the night before

I felt super tired during the fitness class because it was boring

I felt sweaty after the fitness class because I worked out to much.

I liked the fitness class because it makes me skinny

My favourite track was abbs because it was the last track

I didn’t like the fitness class because it was super boring

My least favourite track was warm up because I had to warm up
