we participated in a 10 track fitness work out . each track concentrated on improving a component of fitness. They were

Track 1: warm up

Track 2: increasing heart race

Track 3: carden

Track 4: power

Track 5: muscular strength

Track 6: running

Track 7: agility

Track 8: interval training

Track 9: power

Track 10: abbs

some of the moves and exercise I completed included

I felt annoyed before the fitness class because I don’t like to exercise for two hours.

I felt angry during the fitness class because I was really tired and didn’t want to exercise at all

I felt happy after the fitness class because it was finally over

I liked the fitness class because nothing

My favourite track was abbs because it was finally over

I didn’t like the fitness class because Miss Farrell shouted about me because I bunped in to Aleyna.

My least favourite track was all the tracks.

what are you hoping to achieve during next weeks session

That Miss Farrell won’t yell at me again.
