We participated in a 19 Track fitness workout.Each track concentrated on improving a component of fitness They were

Track 1: warm up

Track 2: increasing heart race

Track 3:carden

Track 4; power

Track muscular strength

Track 6:running

Track 7:adjelate

Track interstellar training

Track 9:power

Track 10:abbs

some of the moves or exercises I completed were all the move and exercises

I felt tired before the fitness class because I had a hurt foot and it really sore

I felt sort of well during the fitness class because I was getting better

I felt really good after the fitness class

I liked the fitness class because it was fun

My favourite Track was abbs because it was the last workout track

I didn’t like the class because it was hard work

My least favourite Track was when we started the fitness class

what are you hoping to achieve during next weeks session?

I want to achieve all of them
