We participated in a 10 track fitness workout. Each track concentrated on improving a component of fitness. They were

Track 1:warm up

Track 2:increasing heart beat

Track Cardenas

Track 4:power

Track muscular strength

Track 6:running

Track interrelating training

Track 9: power

Track 10: abbes

Some of the moves or exercises I completed including:

I completed are the fitness moves that day

I felt good before the fitness class

I felt tired during the fitness class

I felt really tired during the fitness class

I like the class because it was sort of fun

My favourite Track were abbs that all

My least favourite track were all of them

what are you hoping to achieve during next weeks session?

I’m hoping to not have a least favourite class during next weeks sessions
